As we continue to grow our presence in the UK and Middle East, we are looking for a passionate TEFL/ESL Teacher who also brings a business development mindset to help expand our impact.
Role Overview
This unique role combines expert English language instruction with business development responsibilities. You’ll deliver tailored English lessons—both online and in-person—to international students, while also identifying opportunities to grow our reach, particularly in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Student Support
• Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons focused on reading, writing, listening, and speaking
• Teach both general English and academic English, aligned with UK education standards
• Support students in understanding UK academic culture and expectations
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to enhance learning outcomes
• Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs and cultural backgrounds
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and Middle East
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner organisations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and promotional initiatives
• Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
• Provide market insight to support strategy and programme development
About You
• TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching qualification (essential)
• Experience teaching English to international students, ideally in the UK context
• Strong understanding of UK academic systems and student support practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development or marketing
• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Cultural sensitivity and a strong commitment to student success
